All of our instructors offer excellent 1-2-1 training sessions out of class times, whether that is to improve your skill set, increase your level of fitness and conditioning or to learn something new. Each instructor has a speciality as below:
Chief Instructor Alex Kennedy is ideal for general striking, improved fighting skills and technical work.
Nick Fielding is perfect if you want to improve you MMA skill set and is great with pad work.
Daniel Hayles holds a level 3 qualification in personal training and works really well for those wishing to improve their fitness, conditioning and technical work.

NEW OFFER!!! WE ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING 30 MINUTE SESSIONS FOR £25!!! There is no requirement for block booking and for these sessions you can come in, do your own warm up, stretch and then the instructor will take you through a slightly more intensive 30 minute session. This will work out perfectly for lunch times or late evenings where time is at a premium but can be booked for any time!
